Mesquit camp

We had planned to head out to a place called Race Track Playa, a dry lake bed where rocks leave trails of there movements, but we started on the way and the road was just too bad with traffic and corrugations that we didnt have the heart to do the 60 mile round trip so we changed our plans. We made our way to Mesquit campground, we are not big fans of campgrounds but decided to stay the night here anyway, the camp was full but we were spread out pretty good.

Had a couple of bevies, can you tell its warm?

BBQ'ed some asparagus for dinner.

Truck always gets attention wherever we go, these folk were on a trip similar to ours, from Seattle for two weeks, they had just got back from the race Track and said the roads were horrible.
