So days two and three were filled with hanging around, bike rides and stuff,,
and as usual, we had a friend close by, he would be all over the place, on the picnic table, under our chairs, under the truck....
These rec sites are all over the province and in my opinion are the greatest places to camp, very few people at them because there are no facilities, just a stinky outhouse and picnic tables, perfect!!
Our first ride was to the Big Bar Provincial Park, 20 km round trip, the sites at this park are close together very little privacy, but nicer sites for the bigger RV's.
I always keep two nights of firewood on board at all times and the supply was getting low, in these rec sites you can run a saw because the next door guy is way over there..................
After our third night at Little Big Bar Lake it was time to zip out to civilization and do a re-supply we also needed to make a bit of northerly progress so we drove out the 40km's of dirt road to the main highway to Williams Lake.
Another shot of the Marble range, we pretty much circumnavigated that range.
On the way we stopped at a fire lookout, a little hike up the mountain and a few stairs up.
Quit your whinning and get up here!
We spend several hours at Williams lake doing our chores and make our way to a just off the road rec site called MacIntyre lake, on the way we spot another bear.
See what I mean about these rec sites, a beautiful lake and very private sites, our closest neihbour showed up at night and we never heard or saw them!
