stuck on you


All right! the aluminum getting put on.
This is a bit of a slow process,, measure, cut, remeasure and recut then sand fibreglass, clean aluminum, put sika goop on, fast , then even faster stick it on in the right place with pressure. You need a gap between the Al and the glass for expansion, contraction between the two different materials. I used about 2mm. The sika is 252. This stuff is awesome. Once on and set (10 min) its not coming off.

As you can see, there is no frame persay, the structural strength comes from ......well I dont really know.
Oh yeah, its from the symbiotic blending of the components in an harmonically balanced amalgamation of unity. Which is just a fancy way of saying I hope it works.
