Canada Day long weekend had us going to Pimanus lake with Marie and her daughter, Terry was supposed to come too but apperantly 4 months notice wasnt enough for him so he worked Ha!
We took the Fraser Canyon up to Spences Bridge, and it was a beautiful drive.

After Spences Bridge, the turn off was a few miles down the road, then it starts to climb. At this point Marie took off like a shot, rally driving, while we ambled our way up.
There she was, gone.
Some view points along the way, at this point it was getting dark so we were in a hurry.
Eventually getting to the rec site that was to be our camp spot, and this is what we saw. Full of old Yahoo's, generator, music blaring, no where to set up camp. Looking at my Backroads Map Book, I saw another rec site not too far away and headed there. By now it was dark, I made a fire and Marie and her daughter slept in their car.
Morning walk i saw these.
Next day we started to get organised, setting up the mansion tent with three rooms and no instructions.
Getting some fire wood, this time I had help with the wood. Got the boats in the water, and prepped the rods.
Gum boots on and looking very sexy, we went fishing, as you can see it was cold.
Thats one hot looking chick, no?
Thats me , grumpy now, dealing with three girls and another guy, a friend of Marie's that was pretty much useless all weekend.
