Battery Box

Its been a long time between updates, but some activity has taken place, it just doesn't look like it. The next event will be to take the old battery mount in this pic, all covered in Harrison dirt, and mount

this in its place. It will house one of the truck batteries, there are two of them in that mount, but I will go with one, I believe one will be able to start the truck easily, if not , space for the second battery will be available in the new box.

This new aluminum box is a light weight, not an expensive item, but its sole job is to keep the batteries clean and dry, strength will come from an exoskeleton of all sorts of bits and pieces in and around the box, for starters, this frame work inside to hold the batteries in place with the ply for them to sit on.
The new box will be at the same level as the other box, so the space above the new box will be used for some electrical items and storage, I made this bit of framework as part of the exoskeleton.
