Alright! here we go with some new installments, first off, les is finally coming into to her weekends off, so I wont be solo camper guy for a couple of weekends. And we decided to go some where close by instead of driving anywhere far, and Harrison lake was the prime candidate, so after getting home from work Friday, we set off.
And on Saterday morning we found ourselves here, at Grace lake, on the road up the west side of Harrison lake. When you drive somewhere at night its always a surpise of your surroundings in the light of day.
This was a semi alright spot, but too busy for our liking, our intent was to head up the Harrison West forestry service road (FSR) to a spot on the beach that we had camped on before in the westy, but this morning we found out that the Harrison West FSR is closed for road work so we had to devise a new plan. We opted to go the Harrison East FSR which we have never been to. So after breaky and a walk about, we drove over and thru Harrison hot springs town and headed up the Harrison East FSR, and it was a beautiful drive.
