This place is some how special, it has that feel that you cant put into words but it is special. When you get to your campsite, you notice a little trail that goes towards the beach thru the trees, then you leave the trees and are out on this incredible beach, soft sand, driftwood every where, and the big ass ocean in front of you?? thats right, its not an ocean, it just seems like it is, there is no other side to it, its lake Superior, and this park is in a pretty raw state.
