Better water tank

The plastic water tanks I had where just starting to bug me! They were not using the space efficiently for not much water.
So the plan is to build an integrated water tank.

I built it up using some 3/4" ply, 1/2", aluminum corners and glued and screwed it together.

From there it was epoxy coated wherever it will have contact with any walls or floor.

And using some fibreglass matt and two part West System epoxy to seal it all up.

Before laying it up I mixed up a mix of micro balloons and epoxy and ran a fillett of it in the corners to make laying the matt easier.

Laying up the matt.

The whole interior was covered in one layer of matt and epoxy with an extra layer in all the corners plus several additional coats of epoxy all over.

So what makes it integrated is that the tank's floor is the actual camper floor, and the tank top will be the base for the dinnett and table.
The glass matt was all trimmed and re-epoxied.

The old tanks held 14 gallons each for a total of 28 gallons, now it will hold 80 gallons!!
