Storage doors

Vacation over, back to work!


I am making three doors,
this is the frame for the rear pull out kitchen.

Using the piece of composite panel that was a cut out from the main door, cut to size,

and now I have to split it down the glass strip to make a thinner door.

took about an hour to go through!

spreading it so the saw wouldn't bind.

left with a piece with a finished fiberglass side and a rough figreglass side, rough will face inside.

next step is an aluminum frame around the door.
