Long weekend, wife working, dog bored, Yves antsy= road trip. Did a trip on the long weekend to the Tulameen area, it started on Friday after work, I got home, and started to pack up some stuff, most that I need is already in the truck, so some food and clothes, an away we go. I got tied up in construction traffic just outside of Hope so I didnt make it too far that night, found myself inManning park in the morning. Top pic. Got some coffee going and went for a small hike around the Lightning lakes.

And saw these grebes cruising around, they are funny looking things.
