Yup, the roads are pretty deserted, some times, as far as you can see, not a car, farm or cow. wierd.
but we finally get to Blood indian park. And just as I pull up to my spot for the night i see this pelican, in 2005 I saw them too, I always find it strange when i see pelicans in the praries.

As usual, i park as close to the water as i can, which is a common theme for all my trips.

What a crappy spot, eh?
