So now on to Sunday. Next on the list is getting the top a bit more finalized, it needs guidance, as in some lateral and longitudinal support and to help with alignment. For this , I am using heavy duty, stainless steel slides. Six for now and maybe more if needed. These keep the top positioned in the right location so that the enviromental seal , seals. Did that make sense? This was again picky work, but I got it done with only one extra trip for more screws. Next pic is outside.
this one is inside,
This lower pic shows the end guides in but also the top to the side corners are finished with white silicone. I am trying to get it semi sealed and usable because I have three more days to go before I go- that is camping/fishing. I leave Thursday after work, so before I go I need to get the enviro seal on, and set up a place to sleep, maybe a make shift awning so I can do all the cooking and cleaning outside, and then its good enough for me and Mako.
